Even Ari
A founder and CEO Itzack is responsible for leading investment strategy and providing support to all facets of the company’s operations.
Itzack is a successful Israeli entrepreneur with experience in real estate and hospitality. He leads Even Ari Group, a prominent developer building hundreds of residential units in Israel. Additionally, Tzachi is the Chairman and partner of Turbo Gan, a publicly traded company.
Itzack holds an LLB from Bar Ilan University and LLM for Tel Aviv University

Daniel Even Ari
Daniel is a Partner and Principal at the Even Ari Group.
Daniel brings 8 years of real estate finance expertise to the table, having spent four of those years in the Phoenix debt department. Throughout his career, Daniel has accompanied numerous investments in leading real estate companies within the Israeli market, financing projects that total over 3 billion NIS.
Daniel holds a B.A in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University.

Benny Even Ari
Benny is a Partner and Principal at the Even Ari Group, combining financial expertise with strategic and operational acumen. A former commander in Israel’s elite special forces, he brings leadership under pressure to investment analysis and business development across the group’s real estate and private investment activities.
He brings over six years of experience in real estate entrepreneurship, investment analysis, and client relationship. Benny holds a B.A. in Business and Economics with distinction and is currently completing an M.A. in Financial Economics.
